Collections Specialist
We are seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team and play a key role in managing the bank's collection efforts with professionalism, strategy, and care. In this role, you will work alongside the Collections Manager, handling past-due accounts, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and secondary market guidelines. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems proactively, and manage tasks efficiently will be essential in protecting the bank's assets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct collection calls to customers regarding past-due accounts • Negotiate payment plans while maintaining positive customer relationships • Monitor and report on collection activities to ensure timely resolution • Ensure compliance with all secondary market collection guidelines • Recommend accounts for repossession, foreclosure, replevin, and judgments when necessary • Document bankruptcy filings and coordinate with legal counsel on related matters • Work closely with the Collection Manager to identify and mitigate risks • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the collections team
Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
• Previous experience in collections (preferably within a banking or financial institution) • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of repossession, foreclosure, and legal collection processes • Ability to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Junior Mortgage Lender
The Junior Mortgage Lender will assist in managing a portfolio of business while servicing both prospective and current clients to facilitate a range of mortgage loans. This position plays a vital role in supporting the Residential Loan Officer to manage and grow the bank's portfolio. The Junior Mortgage Lender should actively engage in customer interactions, continuously learn, and become familiar with all aspects of the residential lending process.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the growth and development of the assigned mortgage loan portfolio by effectively managing a client portfolio as assigned by Residential Loan Officer • Effectively monitor portfolio for revenue opportunities and/or loan exposures • Assist in the sales proposal process, including accompanying the lenders on customer and prospect calls and various other sales/customer-oriented projects • Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients. Leverage customer knowledge to proactively identify and recommend opportunities to cross-sell additional loan and non-credit products to clients • Work with clients to modify and/or restructure existing loans as needed • Help resolve credit problems, delinquent payment issues, and other related affairs • Review current account status, to include but not limited to, past due accounts and notes matured. Make appropriate recommendations for these accounts • Monitor portfolio loan exposure including review of monthly maturity reports, daily overdraft activity reports and weekly past dues reports. Reports deteriorating credit situations in a timely manner • Participate in evaluating risk rating and make revision recommendations • Prepare lending activity reports for management and loan committee as needed
Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or equivalent banking experience • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Developed analytical and underwriting expertise, credit quality focus • Formal credit training is a plus

Residential Loan Officer
The Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for managing the initial stages of the mortgage process, including preparing, analyzing, and verifying mortgage loan applications for both the purchase and refinance of real estate. This role plays a critical part in driving the growth of the bank's assets by cultivating, developing, and managing credit relationships for residential mortgage loans, construction loans, and general real estate loans.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic networking plan to identify new prospects.Create and implement an outreach strategy to establish contact with potential clients.Analyze current customer relationships to identify opportunities for loan, deposit, and cross-selling initiatives.Process credit requests from clients seeking new loans, including conducting site visits to discuss loan proposals.Foster and expand customer relationships by proactively assessing their evolving needs and identifying significant changes in their financial status.Act as the primary "relationship manager," liaising between the customer and various departments within the bank to resolve issues and address customer needs.Manage loan portfolios by reviewing branch balances, adjusting rates, and utilizing loan modifications or refinances to reduce client attrition.Provide expert financial advice and counsel to customers and prospects, helping them make informed decisions about their mortgage needs.Meet origination goals in accordance with established budget and market objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in Ohio, or the ability to obtain licensure.A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination or related fields.Strong time management and organizational skills.In-depth knowledge of mortgage loan best practices and financial principles.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
