Hillsboro, Ohio

Teller - Part Time

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, promote and cross sell a broad variety of bank products and services
• Process transaction for checking and savings (individual and commercial) accounts, time deposits, loans, club accounts, and safe deposit boxes
• Use Branch Capture to scan all items into the Bank's mainframe
• Provide other assorted services which include, but are not limited to: cashing checks, processing money orders, cashier checks, check orders, counting currency and coin
• Maintain and balance cash drawer, balance and service automatic teller machine, and assist with night deposits
• Manage vault operation to include ordering, balancing and maintaining cash at appropriate levels
• Maintain required records, reports, and reconcilements to ensure efficient customer service operations and audit compliance
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to effectively utilize a computer and other standard office equipment
• Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
• Capable of performing basic math problems
• Must maintain a friendly, courteous and professional demeanor
• Customer service and cash handling skills required

 



Greenfield, Ohio

Branch Manager

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages a full-service branch to include its business development activities, personnel, customer service, profitability, and operations
• Open new accounts for bank products and services and expands existing customer relationships through cross-selling or referring products and services to the appropriate areas
• Assist customers with consumer (non-mortgage) loan needs by accepting applications, collecting supporting documentation, and closing approved loans
• Ensures standard operating procedures, regulations and policies are followed and provides guidance to branch personnel on operating problems, exceptions, and adjustments
• Demonstrates a high level of leadership, supporting the Bank's strategic plan and ensuring business practices are consistent with the Bank's mission
• Supervises the branch staff to include recruitment, selection, training and development, scheduling, monitoring and evaluating performance
• Monitors branch production reports, coaches and trains branch staff, and utilizes customer relationship management skills to achieve established goals and profitability targets
• Ensures effective and efficient customer service is provided by the branch staff to include opening all types of accounts, providing customers with information, and resolving banking problems for customers
• Participates in community activities to support organizational goals
• Ensures all audit and compliance requirements are met
• Attends regular bank meetings and training sessions and is responsible for effectively communicating new policies and procedures as well as sales information to the branch staff
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or commensurate experience preferred
• Three (3) years of banking experience to include supervisory experience is required
• Must possess excellent communication, organization, analytical, supervision, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in working with computers

 



Marysville, Ohio

Head Teller

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Opens new accounts for bank products and services and expands existing customer relationships through cross-selling or referring products and services to the appropriate areas
• Assists customers in person or by phone with bank products and services to develop new business and to retain or expand existing business
• Maintain and balance cash drawer, balance and service automatic teller machine, and assist with night deposits
• Works with branch management to implement activities to ensure branch profit goals are achieved
• Assists the branch management team in coaching and training the teller staff to help develop skills and achieve branch sales goals
• Works with branch Tellers on warm hand-off procedures
• Assists branch personnel with operational duties and on Teller line as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in financial industry preferred
• Ability to effectively utilize a computer and other standard office equipment
• Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
• Must maintain a friendly, courteous and professional demeanor
